Journal of Professional Communication and English Studies (PROCESS) is an International Journal and peer-reviewed journal, managed by English Department and published by Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (P3M), Politeknik Negeri Padang. It is an open-access journal that can be accessed freely to support greater knowledge exchange and sharing. This journal ensures double-blind peer review for every submitted manuscript. Issued twice a year (every April and November), PROCESS provides a forum that deals with discussion on english studies and communication science. The articles published on PROCESS should be written in English.
