To submit and review manuscripts is free of charge, but if your manuscript is accepted for publication, you are required to pay to cover the publication fee

If you do not have the funds to pay the fee, you have the option to waive any fees by including the reasons the editor receives, and of course, this is only given to manuscripts rated qualified by the editor because we do not want to incur the cost of preventing the publication of good work.
